  • How do I buy a deal?

If you have seen a deal on our website, simply purchase the deal through the "Buy Now" button. This button appears after you click on the deal, on the initial deal page. You can pay for the deal securely via iDEAL,Paypal or with your credit card.

  1. Log in to the website.
  2. Open the deal and click on "buy now".
  3. Select the number of vouchers you want to buy.
  4. Select the desired payment method.

Once the payment has been successful, you will receive your voucher within 24 hours. You can print the voucher or store it in your inbox.

  • Where can I find my voucher?

The purchased voucher will be sent to you within 24 hours after the payment has been made.

  • How many people can enjoy the deal?

By default, each deal is valid for one person, unless explicitly stated that the deal is valid for multiple people. For example, if you want to take your partner or friends out for dinner with a ZOOMINBIZA voucher, you’d have to buy 2 or more vouchers.

  • Can I return my voucher?

You can alway return your voucher within 14 days of your purchase, without giving any explanation that you want to revoke the agreement. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you buy the voucher. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal:

  1. Send an email to including your order number, that you want to cancel the agreement.
  2. Zoominbiza will send you a cancellation form for you to fill out.
  3. Fill out the cancellation form and return it to us within a maximum of 14 days.
  4. One received by our team, we will confirm the cancellation and issue you a refund.

If following the above 4 step cancellation procedure, you will always receive your refund no later than 14 days after your cancellation request. This refund has no extra charges for the customer.

  • What happens if my voucher expires?

Didn’t get the time to redeem your voucher? Then you can use the purchase amount for a new deal until 2 months after the  original voucher has expired. Please contact us on for further information.

  • I have used my voucher and am not satisfied!

Did the deal not meet the conditions? Contact our Customer Support Team. Our Support team takes your feedback seriously and we want you to be happy.

By clicking on "Subscribe to newsletter" you can sign up for our newsletter. You will receive an email confirmation in the next few hours and and that’s it! You’re now registered for our weekly newsletter.

  • I didn’t receive the newsletter after signing up; what should I do?

PLease check your spam and junk folder. Because Zoominbiza is an unknow source to your email provider, they sometimes forward our emails straight there. If you still can’t find it, then please contact our customer support at

  • How can I unsubscribe from the weekly newsletter?

Unsubscribing from the Zoominbiza newsletter is very simple:

  1. Open the newsletter email in your inbox.
  2. At the bottom of the email is a highlighted "Unsubscribe" link.
  3. Click on "unsubscribe" and you will stop receiving the Zoominbiza newsletters.
